Hope you had a great weekend. Julia is feeling better, I am not. I will be out Monday but plan to return Tuesday. You have plenty of work to do while I am gone!
6th grade: Spiral due at the beginning of class Tuesday. Test later this week on Chapter 6- Integers, Rational Numbers, Properties, Coordinate Plane. I will let you know when it is as soon as I have had a chance to check the test calendar (won't be before Thursday). You have already been tested on most of this chapter. We will be moving on to Chapter 7- percent- if you are working/looking ahead.
7th grade: Spiral due at the beginning of class Tuesday. Test date stands (as of now) as Friday, Feb. 10th. Test Review will go home Tuesday. Chapter 7, sections 1 - 7, no vocabulary, all multiple choice, 100 points.
Signed tests (50 point Ch. 7 Quiz passed out Friday) due Tuesday, 2/7. Remember, all tests must be signed regardless of grade. Test Corrections due by Wednesday, 2/8. Reminders on test corrections: pencil only, on loose-leaf, all missed problems reworked along with a sentence explaining why you missed them (example "I made a multiplication error."). You will not be able to write sentence about vocabulary- just write the word with the correct definition. If you missed points for something such as not including the percent symbol, you need to write an appropriate sentence a total of ten times such as "I will always include units of measurement in my final answer."
