A.    Evaluate variable expressions (see ex. 2 pg. 16)

B.     Translate verbal phrases (see ex. 3 pg. 16)

C.     Write and evaluate expressions (ex. 4 pg. 17)

III. 1.4 - Powers and Exponents (pg. 20)

A.     Know definitions of power, exponent and base (matching)

B.      Label power, exponent and base (fill in the blank)

C.      Evaluate powers
