6th grade: Chapter 4 test (all sections) this Friday, 12/6. Review sheet will be passed out Wednesday and info is posted below. Spiral 13 due Tuesday, 12/10, that is the last spiral of the nine weeks!

How can you prepare for this test?
          *Know the difference between a FACTOR and a MULTIPLE. Factors are
              smaller, multiples are bigger!
            * GCF= COMMON factors, SMALLEST exponent, LCM = ALL factors,
              BIGGEST factor of common exponents
            *Work problems!!!! Use the textbook, workbook and website for practice

               problems.

          B. Tell whether or not fractions are equivalent

          D. Simplify variable expressions (fractions with variables)

          A. Find LCM by listing multiples
          B. Find LCM using prime factorization
          C. Find LCM of monomials using prime factorization


I am not testing you on divisibility rules; however, they are very helpful when factoring numbers so memorize them!
